Physical products
It is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is intact and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Non-returnable items

Refunds
Approval and timing
After the return has been inspected, the customer will receive an email notification. If approved, the refund will be processed. within 14 days from receipt of the return, using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
